3. HAZARDOUS IDENTIFICATION

4. FIRST AID MEASURES

Eye contact: splash clean water in to the eyes for more than 15 minutes and if irritation continues seek medical attention
Skin contact: wash with soap water and if irritation continues seek medical attention
Inhalation: move the person to open space for air and give artificial respiration if required and obtain medical attention
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Contact physician immediately.

Safety measures: use proper safety equipment (breathing apparatus, full protective clothing in fire conditions)
Unusual explosion: packed container can build up pressure when exposed to high heat. Keep fire exposed containers cool by spraying with water.

9. HANDLING AND STORAGE

Do not breathe vapor and avoid contact with skin, eye etc.

Store in a cool and dry place, which is well ventilated and keep the container tightly sealed. When handlings, do not eat, drink or smoke.
Storage life: 1 year in original unopened container.
Avoid ingress of moisture by keeping containers properly sealed when not in use.

Desscription:
PUREstab-1076 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant, is highly effective, non-discoloring stabilizer for organic substrate such as plastics, elastomers, synthetics fibers, adhesive and sealant, wax, oil and fats. It protects these substrate against thermo-oxidative degradation. PUREstab-1076 is good thermal stabilizer and effectively reduces degradation of most of polymeric substance and can be used in a wide variety of polymer.

Applications
PUREstab-1076 can be applied in polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutene-1 as well as in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives and other organic substrate.

Features and benefits
PUREstab-1076 can be used in combination with other additives such as co stabilizers (e.g. thioesters, phosphites, phosphonates) light stabilizers and other functional stabilizers.

Guidelines for Use
Dosage up to 0.05% and 0.2% of PUREstab-1076 provide long term thermal stability to the polymer. Concentration up to several percent can be used depending on the substrate and the requirements of the end application. In polyolefins the concentration level between 0.1 to 0.4 %. Styrene homo and co-polymer: 0.1 to 0.3 % Hot melt adhesives: 0.2 to 1 %. Synthetic tackifier resins: 0.1 to 0.5 %.

Storage
This product may be stored up to two years in a sealed container. Containers should be kept tightly closed when not in use and stored in a cool, dry place.
