4. FIRST AID MEASURES

Eye contact: splash clean water in to the eyes for more than 15 minutes and if irritation continues seek medical attention

Inhalation: move the person to open space for air and give artificial respiration if required and obtain medical attention
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Contact physician immediately.

9. HANDLING AND STORAGE

Do not breathe vapor and avoid contact with skin, eye etc.

Store in a cool and dry place, which is well ventilated and keep the container tightly sealed. When handlings, do not eat, drink or smoke.
Storage life: 1 year in original unopened container.
Avoid ingress of moisture by keeping containers properly sealed when not in use.

PUREstab-1010 is a high molecular weight hindered phenolic primary antioxidant is a highly effective, non-discoloring stabilizer for organic substrate such as plastics, elastomers, synthetics fibers, adhesive and sealant, wax, oil and fats. It protects these substrate against thermo-oxidative degradation.

Applications PUREstab-1010 is a highly effective antioxidant and process stabilizer in polyolefins, including polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, and in olefin copolymers such as EVA. It also provides excellent performance in other polymers such as polyacetals, polyamides, polyesters, polyurethanes, PVC, styrenics, elastomers (such as butyl rubber, SBS, SEBS, EPM, EPDM, and other synthetic rubbers), and latex. It is also recommended for use in adhesives, natural and synthetic tackifier resins, synthetic diester fluids, oils, fats, waxes, and many other organic substrates.

Guidelines for Use
Recommended loading concentrations range between 0.02% and 1% in polyolefins, between 0.2% and 1% in hot melt adhesives, and between 0.1% and 0.5% in synthetic tackifier resins. Combinations of PUREstab-1010 with other antioxidants such as phosphites and thioethers often show synergistic performance. PUREstab-1010 is also suitable for use in combination with light stabilizers, including hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS), UV absorbers, and benzoates. The exact formulation to be used is dependent on the substrate, performance requirements, and other factors, and should be determined by the user based on testing to simulate actual conditions of use.

Storage
This product may be stored up to two years in a sealed container. Containers should be kept tightly closed when not in use and stored in a cool, dry place.
